This week was okay....Had pizza and don't know why....but I ate 4 pieces of Papa Murphy's pizza.....I asked my husband if he wants chocolate candy cookies what ever....hide them so I can not find them.
He has done very well. Went to Costco Saturday...he bought Costco's chocolate chip cookies....rainy day and I asked for one....that's okay.
But yesterday....Valentina day...I did not eat breakfast...FIRST MISTAKE!!!! Went to church came home had TWO chocolate chip...UGH!
Anyway, went out for dinner....I feel my choices were good...and the rest of the day....not know what the calorie count are for these cookies I think I did somewhat Okay.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
