Haven't been working out.
227.5 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1422 kcal Fat: 67.03g | Prot: 98.73g | Carb: 109.00g.   Breakfast: Protein Powder - Vanilla, Trader Farms Triple Berry Frozen Fruit, Herbal Tea Concentrate - Lemon. Lunch: French Fried Onions, Chicken Thigh Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Stewed, Cooked), Classic Iceberg Salad, Original Dressing, Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled). Dinner: Trader Farms Triple Berry Frozen Fruit, Protein Powder - Vanilla, Herbal Tea Concentrate - Lemon. Snacks/Other: Honey Grahams, Almonds, Sun Chips Harvest Cheddar. more...
