I'm so happy I'm sticking with the South Beach. I love it. I love losing weight lol. I've been following it really closely. The only thing I might be doing wrong is having too much cream in my coffee, but I'm not changing that until I get paid. Then I'll be able to buy some good stuff, but right now I'm using what's free at work. I did Pilates last night-15 minutes' worth. Last night for supper I tried turnip greens or collard greens or something and it wasn't awful. But it wasn't my favorite. I'm ready to be able to eat corn again!!But since this is only like day 4 or something it will be awhile. I have to do phase one for 2 weeks. I wonder how many people do phase one for longer. I know the book advises against it, but I don't blame anyone for doing it longer than 2 weeks. I'm not going to though. I have to clean again tonight. I cleaned last night and ended up staying up later than I planned. If I keep doing that I know I'll regret it. I've always been a sleeper, but now I wonder if it's because of the MS that I'm always kinda tired. I don't want to use it as an excuse, but it may very well be the reason. Who knows? Maybe I'm just lazy.
