Well I don't know what happened. My weigh in yesterday showed me up 3.8 lbs. I nearly freaked out. All I can say is this weighing in at 7pm when I used to way in at 1pm stinks! Good news though, the scale this morning showed I'm now down 7 pounds (369 lbs.) Perhaps it was some weird water weight or something. Hopefully we'll all have a good and healthy yet fun Thanksgiving.
375.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 175.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.0 lb a week

You do need to weigh yourself the same time each time because of variables involved. Good job.

All the food and liquid we eat and drink all day will show up on the scale. The best thing to do is weigh yourself in the same clothes and at the same time each week. Of course that's not always possible. Plus, if you eat high sodiom foods the night before weigh in, the scales will show it. Good luck!

It's surprising how much heavier we can weigh as the day goes on! I always do my weigh-ins first thing in the morning, but it's interesting to see how that changes during the day. Keep up the great work though... you're doing fantastic! :o)
