Possibly just due to having had a very busy weekend, there's one less pound to lose.
But I am super tired, so I am off to sleep.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 94.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys, yes I did get almost 6hours good quality sleep last night, and awoke just in time to begin our days (kids off to school, me off to work) - its lunchtime here now. Luckily this cupboard-grab soup tastes really nice with desk-drawer rice.
