Happy New Year Everyone... Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year...

Back at work and gained a little over the holiday but it was worth it lol
Will start with damage control on Monday once I have gotten back into the routine at work and gym...
146.2 lb Lost so far: 70.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
