OK, it's time to get back on track. Last year, this was where I let it go. I had lost 20 lbs in about 3 months, and then I stopped being consistent on exercise and food intake. The good news is that I didn't immediately balloon up again. I kept most of it off for a long time. However, I can see a change in my shape lately. I know that I was riding the old loss for a long time with better metabolism, but that has gone away. I've packed on fat that doesn't show on the scale, and things are starting to feel tight.
The thing is, I know what's possible now. I can totally do this, and I really want to! I can do it again, and take it even further. I'll get back to what I want and be able to do more and be better rested again. This is going to be a great year!
