Today, I didn't have much appetite to eat so I thought that maybe during dinnetime, I can eat a little more. When I checked, my calories consumption was rather high for dinner. Felt regretful putting all those food into my mouth. Even though I was careful not to eat too much, in the end, it didn't work. It's just slightly below my RDI but the amount of exercise I put in today was just enough to burn it off. So sad... I shall be more careful in the future.
