im not a sweets person, I love to bake and do alot but, it never bothers me. I always go from the view point of if im craving something sweet its because I am hungry/low blood sugar etc. So I eat something in my WOE. Im fortunate this is rather mentally easy for me.

With that said i did have my cheat meal yesterday.. mimosas and mashed taters lol itll take a few days to lose the water

Nice drop Rachel, especially during "cookie season"...and I'm totally agreeing with living a little...my wife bakes some tasty, tasty stuff that is very hard to resist...lucky I'm fairly active :-)
