How bout them apples, or maybe I should say lack thereof. Just weighed in for the Physical and lost a whopping 36 Lbs since starting with Fat Secret. I'm a believer in calorie counting now!
Still looking at a long road to go, but feeling much better after seeing some results.
The diet? Mainly subway subs. Either double ham or turkey. 6" breakfast, lunch and dinner. I splurge once in a while with Rotisserie chicken. Cut out all the good stuff I used to spend my day eating.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you both very much. Kind of proud. Haven't lost like that since Boot Camp and that was MANY years ago.
