I know I sound like a broken record... but are you getting enough sleep? Are you having you flaxseed oil? Are you eating your snacks? With what you've lost so far you may want to move on to P2 and see if that helps. You never know, it's happened before. Try to stay upbeat. I'm very confident it will work over time. I hope your able to enjoy being on the plan, even if you're not losing at the rate you'd like. It's so much better than going back to eating junk and feeling miserable all the time.

Ok! Ok! Believe me, I feel your pain. I found an encouraging comment made on lmodest's journal..."slow and steady! keep it up! you're going in the right direction so stay with it" Guess who posted that? You! Both you and I know that the plan will work if you keep up the great work you're doing. Hang in there!

It could be worse...you could be GAINING!!!! Don't be so impatient with your progress. I've said it before and it bears repeating. You did not gain the weight overnight and you will not lose it that way either. Your impatience worries me because I fear that you will use your perceived lack of progress as an excuse to ditch the plan altogether. I highly recommend that you lock up your scale and stop weighing yourself every day. Weigh yourself no more than once a week and also get the tape measure and take your measurements. If you have weeks where you lose no pounds but you lose inches, it is still leading to a smaller you! Sometimes when we exercise the increase in muscle mass negates any weight lost. You will show 0 pounds lost but you will have lost inches due to the increase in muscle and body tone. Don't discount this as it is quite significant, especially when you reach your goal. More muscle = higher calorie allowance for maintaining your weight. You can do this but you need to be dedicated and not looking for the first excuse to stop. You've been doing great so keep it up.
