MG Nelson's Journal, 12 January 2012

Just started my workout using Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30. WOW that DVD is making a HUGE difference is my weight loss. After just one week I lost 3.5 lbs. I just saw my dietitian today and he was impressed by the way I looked. My face a ever so slightly looking thinner, but I am welcoming the change. I have a new diet. My dietitian estimated that with the new diet, I could loose 5 lbs a week. We will see. But I am feeling better and so looking forward my progress.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Suzi! I will say that DVD kicked by butt the first 5 days...SERIOUSLY. But its getting a bit easier.
