WOD: AM + 4x(12 BB Power Jerk + 10 Standing DB Upright Row + 10 Incline Bench DB Rear Delt Flies) + 4x(10 Cable rear delt fly + 10 proned grip cable front raise + 10 supined grip cable front raise) + 4x12(Lying EZ-BAR SKULLCRUSHER + EZ-BAR Drag Curl)+ 2x to failure(PLANK PULL-UP + Diamond Push Ups) + 2xAB CIRCUIT (1' Plank + 2x1' Side Plank + 20 V-Ups + 10 AB Wheel Roller) + stretch
193.1 lb Lost so far: 74.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
