Oh dear oh dear!!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet LaraStar's own diet   gaining 2.1 lb a week

I have been trying to hop on for a week now...it's so difficult! I know what to do but it's harder than I thought. I really need your help now!

Need a kick or shove..I am not good at yelling LOL...but I sure can give it a try...LOL..Hey here is a strong rope..grab it and all of us will give it a yank..you will be doing well in no time..Now smile for me...Yaeh there you go...Feel better???...I am here for ya buddy...:O)

Lara, you did the right thing by recording the weight gain. Just take one step at a time. It took me 2 weeks to get back on healthy eating. The first week, i did not cut back the calories, just reduced sugar and fried stuff. Next week, start reducing intake. Dont reduce too fast as it leads to cravings. You can do it girl. We are in this together. All of us :)

Ruchi...sounds like a good plan to reduce gradually. I will do that. Portion size and what to eat is not the problem, it's the snacking.

Oooops..... Now's the time to get "rocking and rolling" on good healthy food and exercise. You've done it before and you can do it again. Go for it girl, and learn from the blip :-)
