Today is a new day. I start getting back to a healthy weight for multiple reasons, but the number one reason is for me to feel good about myself and not have to hide behind big baggy clothes anymore. I have made to many excuse why not to start and with those I have never gotten any results. I will stick with it for this is my health, for my boys, husband and hopefully daughter down the road
