Feeling good. Had a chat with my neighbor over the weekend and he told me I was looking fit and we should work-out. He had asked me before about a year ago but I declined. Anyway did my first Cross-Fit workout at his house this morning. I can tell you it took everything I had and a bit more. If I had tried the workout a year ago it would have been disastrous and laughable. It took all my 5 months of training to get through what is perhaps the simplest cross-fit workout. Anyway will continue to soldier on. As I get fitter life is becoming easier everyone wants to workout with me I have no shortage of help at the Gym, People buy me healthy food even though I could do with some junk food now and the. With all the support around it makes it easier to get my goal even on days I do not fell like doing anything.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 94.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
