Enjoying the weekend. Had so much water yesterday my stomach felt like blowing up. Needed to make sure my hydration is perfect before start of the week.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 94.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
