Really feeling good. Missed the classes this morning because I slept at 2:30am a really silly time to go to sleep. Anyway slept in, planning to enjoy the weekend.
243.8 lb Lost so far: 95.9 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
