So, im back from vacation...back in the workout groove (although i did workout 3 days we were there) The first few days back were hard to get back into the swing of everything...and i definitely noticed on the scale, my clothes and the way i felt that i hadnt had my regular healthy foods...and too much sugary booze! Im back on track and feeling good....although i miss the sunshine! Ill just have to hit up the cancer beds to keep the nice tan up...lol
