Im 25 and have been "struggling" with my weight since a young age. Even though i was an avid dancer, i loved my food. I stopped dancing, and left a very active job to come to an office job. With my commute, I sit on my butt for at least 11.5 hours a day-not including the time i sepnd at home. Needless to say,I have managed to gain a bit of weight since i stopped going to the gym in June.
I am prone to cycling back and forth with motivation to not caring-creating a yo yo effect (i think that has caught up with me)
I just want to be happy when i put on my clothes, and feel good about myself inside and out. Im not necessarily doing this to lose weight, but to change my lifestyle to a healthier one through better habits.
