I weighed in before the week was out because I was really curious. I lost 4 pounds! I'm really excited. I don't want it to stop so I'm going to keep doing this program.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
