I'm a tad disappointed that I didn't lose any weight this week. I had a feeling I didn't. I know that I have to get back into the habit of working out and making sure I drink enough water. I'm not going to get the results I want by just eating right. I think I am going to go take a walk as soon as I finish drinking a big glass of water.
