I'm not shocked that I gained, I've been sick and not eating as well as I should. But I am starting to feel better and my cold is on its way out - and my treadmill is going to be put to good use today. I'm not going to let a minor increase get me down.
286.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 86.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
