I'm 1 lb away from my goal I set for Halloween! I totally got this! 😀
211.8 lb Lost so far: 48.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay you! You've definitely got this. You can drop that pound by next week! I have 8 lbs to meet my goal by Thanksgiving. I need some exercise motivation. I miss my weights so much, but I've been too tired to even bring them into the room lately. Sigh....
