So pleased I've lost at least a little, had a good week with 2 fast days, alas not a great amount of exercise 😏 but I'm still chuffed 😉
150.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup - we all think that's a very good loss - brilliant actually. You're in the zone where you don't just fight the pounds, the pounds fight back - and you're definitely winning.
