naughty weekend over. Back on track
160.2 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did have a lovely time out on Saturday for a very long walk followed by supper. Out again yesterday and has Sunday lunch. My downfall was the bread I consumed when we got home. Let's see what this week will bring!
