another loss which is great!
Got caught unprepared last evening and ate pizza. felt so guilty. fortunately,it did not put me off track.

feel good today and still on my plan. I will be hiking today can't wait as the weather is perfect. after stop at the store and get my foods for the week. I need to look at some recipes see what appeals to me as I am getting little bored. Boredom can be the death of a diet so really want to avoid that.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

look at "pinch of Yum" a food blog with yummy recipies

thanks I will. I like to plan my meals for the week and cook them for the week on Sunday. I find this makes it easier to stay on track making good choices
