Yesterday I got in an awesome work out..ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes (wow) that was more work than I anticipated...completed a total of 50 minutes on the treadmill then crunches and upper body weights.

I also went ice skating yesterday ...and by the feeling in my thighs I am sure I burned some calories.

Better late than never...so on that note I am working my way down to the basement to complete today's work out!
131.6 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
