Well, I am glad that I decided to up the exercise for the month of September, as October and November are going to be CRAZY!
Firstly, I got promoted to Assistant Vice President at my work (yay!). I work within Risk Management, and will be AVP of a new group within Risk. So, busy starting up that group. Thing is, my current AVP is going out on medical leave for 2 months. Guess who will be filling in as acting AVP? Yep, me! Two groups for two months. Oy.
I will still workout, but they will be as I can fit them in, and not quite as often as I am doing now (though, I did increase my workouts for this month). I also plan on keeping healthy snacks and backup lunches at work, so that I can make sure to continue eating healthy.
