I haven't had much a chance to get to LA Fitness, which is where I swim (and weigh myself, to use a consistent scale). I am still working out at Orangetheory, though. Finally had a chance to swim, so weighed myself, and still maintaining!

I had been working at out Orangetheory 2-3 times per week, and swimming at LA Fitness 2-3 times per week. Due to work being extremely busy, I have only been able to go to Orantheory. Since I have always weighed myself using LA Fitness' scale, I haven't weighed myself in over a month. While I show an increase of 1 pound, I am well within my maintenance range. That's the reason for the range - I can fluctuate 1-2 pounds within a week. It's only when I get outside of my range that I start changing my routine. So, for now I'm fine. Hoping to get back to my normal workout routine soon (though may not be until early next year).

Yesterday, I did my first every dri-tri at Orangetheory! Ended up only doing the sprint (half the distance), because I knew my foot (which is still recovering from my injury in January) couldn't handle more. I just about died, but I did it!
The sprint dri-tri is 1000m rowing, 150 exercises (pushups, burpees, bench hopovers, plank jacks, and ... missing one), then half of a 5K on the treadmill.
The next dri-tri is in 6 months. I'm hoping to be fully recovered then, and do the full one! But, considering where I was earlier this year, the half was a major accomplishment.

Husband and I went to Ireland! Loved it! Didn't go to a gym while there, but we did do a lot of walking.
