I found that I have not been hungry like I usually am and not eating as much. I will try to eat more and hopefully this helps. I have not strayed from the 20 carbs a day from what I can see. I will know more once I have taken stock of my food here for a week or so. I'm trying not to be disappointed.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nothing is wrong. When you eat fat, it sends a signal to your brain that you are full. The one concern is getting enough calories. Most women don't loose weight on Atkins if they are UNDER 1500 calories. Make sure that you are getting a minimum of 1500 to 1800 calories.

Denise is so right. Atkins totally keeps me feeling full. I have to make myself eat to keep up the calories.
