Ouch--that hurts--arrow going the wrong way--though I'm not gonna beat myself up too bad. Was in FLA last week due to a surprise trip to help my Mom out with her 1st week of chemo. I'm sure I'll get back on track soon enough as will she.
185.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
