Okay, have I gained weight because I am exercising? Or is it because I am induging too much? I think it is a little bit of both! I feel a little puffy but I just can't find the will power to go back to phase 1, and I just dread what is going to happen with the holidays, and tomorrow is Halloween, I can't see all that candy going to waste! What is a person to do!
My eating habits have changed for the better, but every once in a while I have to have a sweet, and I do know I have to start watching my portions better like I was before.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Unless you are doing some major weight training, you are not gaining weight due to muscle gain. You already answered your own questions. Indulgences. With that said, the variations aren't much. So maybe you can do the phase 1 for a few days and get back on track. Just go easy on the refined foods. I bet you can find some foods you think are okay but really are not the best choices. As for holloween and such, you have to resist. What is your priority? A long healthy life with a nice looking body? Or making sure candy isn't wasted? I suggest throwing it all away. Even your kids don't need that much candy. Good luck

Take a deep breath and relax. Letting candy go to waste should be the least of your worries. Candies are packed with so many chemicals and junk that they will not go to waste for a VERY long time. Store it in the freezer or in a closet. Give it to a neighbor. Drink LOTS more water and continue your cardio. Think only about today, not tomorrow, not T-giving. Just today. do somethign with that candy you are talking about because if you eat it, you WILL have to start back on phase 1 to get your blood sugar back to normal..You can do it!!!! If I can do it, anybody can....haaa
