Ugh, kinda went crazy and ate at Houlihan's yesterday with both a meal and dessert. It was over 1500 calories in one sitting! So...yeah. I think the sodium is making me retain a lot of water. Especially since I don't see how a 1500 calorie meal would make a "1.4" pound difference. Well I guess we'll find out tomorrow since today, I should be back on track!

Gotta keep going, even after the setbacks!
161.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
