I'm doing okay. I've noticed that the scale isn't as reliable due to the exercise I'm doing. On Legs&Back and Kenpo days, my weight can fluctuate up by as much as 5-6 lbs! So, discouraging when I get on the scale, but after a day of "rest" (ie. not so Leg heavy workout) it drops right back down. I am conistent with a 2lb/week loss. Need to up the cardio to increase the caloric burn.
Too bad the repairman said today that I have to wait 10 days for a new motor and motherboard for my Treadmill. Ugh! Guess I'm going to have to brave the cold and suck it up!

When you workout, your muscles get little tears and water replaces the tears to help them heal. That's what you see on the scale. When you rest, it goes a way. Google "why the scale lies". It's pretty interesting and shows you many reasons why the scale fluctuates. Just keep doing what you are doing. Everything tends to even out eventually.
