I skipped lunch today. Big mistake, come dinner time I was really hungry. Lulu Lowcarb whisked me up a low carb substitute pepperoni pizza. The taste was incredible yum yum, but I chased it down with four glasses of Pinot Noir.
The long and short of it, I had too many carbs today. Next time we do this I must find a lower carb Ragu type pizza sauce and limit the wine. :o/
