Happy Spring & 1st September everyone...Hope that everyone is well and all the best for this month. Lets push harder,smash our goals and keep kicking ass!!
153.4 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey lishkaXY Hope you are well.Firstly you need to log EVERYTHING that you eat(the good,the bad and the ugly)...so you can see what you are actually consuming. After that you need to research what meal plan you want to follow whilst considering what foods you like and are wiling to eat e.g. Atkins, Herbalife, sure-slim, weight watchers, 5:2 /4:3, weigh-less,shake system,fitchef and etc. The idea is to pick something that you won't cheat on and will be easy to implement into your life (that's also friendly on your wallet)...I loooooove my food so I needed something with balance....so fasting has worked well for me and many others. fasting =5:2 meal plan...For 2 days(500 calories)and 5 days of eating normal. I would also add 20-30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week.Pop BigBoyOptimus(BBO) a message - he is very educated on the whole fasting lifestyle and his results are amazing. Remember that losing weight is not an easy journey...there are many ups and downs...you just have to keep at it,when you see the weight is not moving...change it up a bit to keep your body guessing.All the best on your journey

Lishka, Take not that this was a 2 month weigh in. Great loss, but not that much faster than you. You are doing well. Tweek, but don't be frustrated with 6 lbs in a month. You're moving in the right direction.
