Ok, fall was good to me last year, so let's do this again! It's only recently that I've not done too well at maintaining, but I'm ready to ditch another 20lbs. I know I can do it. It may not be as easy as the first 20, but why not try?! Starting with recording my intake and the simple exercise again. Let's do this!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
