With 4 days of non stop shisanyama(Braai), Snack, Booze. I basically let the Fat girl in me come out and play. So this week is total Detox week and then I get back in the house. The Kg gained were worth the fun I had :-)
234.4 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1199 kcal Fat: 54.42g | Prot: 59.46g | Carb: 112.97g.   Breakfast: Future Life Zero Smart Food. Lunch: Hard-Boiled Egg, McCain Country Crop. Dinner: Hard-Boiled Egg, Boiled Potato (without Peel, Fat Added in Cooking), Lancewood Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Saltine Crackers. Snacks/Other: Simba Cheddar Chips, Bakers Toppers Vanilla Creams. more...
