officially on Monday

I'm going LCHF on Monday. I am working on my mental focus and preparation. I can do this. Day 7 soda free. It's the little steps.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you want something carbonated, see if you like seltzer water. I drink the non-flavored. I don't know if the flavored ones have any carbs.
