Its been a terrible week and I have basically lived on carbs since we have spent the last 3 days running up and down to the hospital and back. Next week is going to be even harder but i am going to try eat right.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks BBO.. This week has been just as bad with all the family down for the funeral but I wont let that get me down... I will get my head right and make sure next week makes a difference.
