today is my birthday! I want to go out to eat so bad! But I'm still in phase I and this weekend we are going to New Orleans and I'm sure I will eat stuff I;m not supposed to. I don't know what to do!
112.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well Happy Birthday to you.I hope you have a great time in New Orleans,never been there.Well if you are tempted to eat all that good food just remind yourself to eat just a small portion of it.I mean a little of it wont kill you so just go and injoy yourself and not worry about it to much.Good luck to you..Barb

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I agree....I think you MUST enjoy your birthday! I would just have a few bites of those things you crave and you shouldn't see too big a swing in the wrong direction! Remember it takes a few days for the water needed to flush bad carbs to also leave your system! Don't weigh yourself for at least 3 days after a bit of eating fun so you don't see all the temporary water weight! HAVE FUN!

Happy birthday!!!! Enjoy your birthday and eat controled portions. I totally think you should go out to eat since that is what you really want!! Have a steak , asparagus and a sweet potato and a couple bite of dessert that they bring you when they sing to you! YOU LIVED another year and with the world today that alone is worth celebrating... BEING ALIVE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Just go back to phase 1 in the morning! Isn't that what this diet is all about celebrating our lives with eating right to live longer and healthier? New Orleans sounds fun too.
