I went to the cheesecake bistro and I had crawfish ravioli, root beer and cheesecake. I felt a little guilty eating it but it was my birthday and today I'm back on track. I still have leftovers though, so I guess I'm really not on track. But I am sharing with my husband and I packed a bunch of spinach in our lunches, and tonight we will have chicken and veggies. I'm worried about this weekend in New Orleans. We won't be taking our LLCocktail or cran water. I will be watching what I eat though! I'm afraid of all the sodium and grease I might consume. I am going to try to eat lots of fish and very little grains! When we come back, it is right back to our diet!!!

Why don't you make up some water bottles with some cranberry juice and take them with you for the ride. Unless you are flying... hmmmmm. JUST have fun! Vacations are so far and few between!

I take my cranberry concentrate with me every where I go by putting it into a medicine dropper bottle. I just buy bottled water and put in 3 squeegees of my concentrate into a bottle of water.
