Another small but acceptable loss, so I guess the tiramisu didn't do me in after all!! Really having a hard time holding down the carbs without pushing up the protein and fats too much. Most of my carbs are the good kind, so I'm not going to stress about it too much, although it makes it difficult to be successful at the challenges. I've decided I'll use them as a guide to help me to my goal, rather than a real measurement of success.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
