I must try to get more cholines in my diet, without too much cholesterol. I can eat one egg yolk a day. This will combat early stages of fatty liver and prevent cancers. It will also make me able to memorize better for school and work. I must take my Cod liver oil tablets to get extra calcium along with my VitD Calcium supplements. Must speed up my metabolism by eating more yogurt and granola and do more walking.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
