I'm getting ready for the challenge of 1500 calories a day, and eating an egg a day. This is my starting weight. Let's see how much I will loose in two weeks. Fingers crossed!

Tried the 5:2 diet? Amazing results. Just have 6days of 1500 cals and 2 days 600. Easier than you think. Look it up. I started the diet on 2nd May, and to date have lost 24 lbs. I don't feel hungry, because on my fasting days make a very thick soup of 77 calories, and the rest is up to you. Good luck in whatever you do.

I haven't tried it. Sounds interesting. But its hard for me because I eat with a friend and that person eats a lot, so I have to go along with some of it, so the 600 calories a day aren't for me, but I can just have smaller portions of it which could add up at least from 1200-1500 calories. Plus I am trying to get vitamins and fiber to prevent bowel cancer and other forms of cancer (i don't have these) but I am trying to prevent the prospect of them. Good luck!
