Failed on lchf diet, I think I was losing more weight sticking to 1700 calories. I haven't missed bread, pasta, rice and potatoes too much though so will be staying away from them. Will start keeping a food diary again from today, it keeps me on the straight and narrow. I Hardly ate anything the other day and weighed 9st13 the following morning! I haven't weighed 9st anything for about 9 years! Back up to 10st2 today. Must stay focused from now on.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I never even wanted to start LCHF. I liked my beans and corn chips. Grr, but it is working since I cut the carbs. Keeping thise carbs out should help. I hope that going forward you will find a plan you can live with. Congrats on being 9 st 13. What is a stone? Is it a kilogram?

You know ladyindenim I think I could live with lchf quite easily if I didn't enjoy a pint or 2 at the pub a couple of times a week ( and a few drinks at home). The diet itself it filling especially bacon and eggs for breakfast that really satisfied me for most of the day. But I guess if i'm drinking beer later in the day then i'm on a hchf diet which defeats the object. I had one slice of brown bread today and didn't really enjoy it so will try not to eat it. I've read up a lot about the whole blood sugar thing and think if I could stick to it, it would be a very, very healthy way of living. Planning a couple of beers tonight though :)
