am proud: yesterday i had only one slice of bread. its a start. no other carbs.
today i started off with a proteinshake smoothie with berries (no dairy), and had beans for lunch.
i did, have hot chocolate though. my main goal is to stay off from starches carbs and dairy.
staying away from sugar is too big a jump for me. i get too lightheaded. major sweettooth here. :)
plan to work out at 3.30 :)
