I'm so proud! 3 pounds to goal! And today I leave for a week long vacation. I'll remain diligent and be physically active so even if I do indulge, I can work off calories and stay mindful of the big picture.

Thank you Fat Secret buddies for supporting me closer to goal, and helping me learn positive, healthy ways of eating.
