Struggling a bit .. still not having sugar cravings (thanks to my supplements). However, I have realized how badly I eat out of boredom. If I sit to watch TV, I find myself wandering to the kitchen or even contemplating driving somewhere to pick something up. However, if I really sit and think about it .. I am not hungry at all and nothing actually even sounds good. That alone to me has been a HUGE breakthrough.

So, I tend to go to my home office and work trying not to get distracted by Facebook.

I have a wedding to attend in 77 days. So, the race is ON! How much can I lose in 77 days. :)
304.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 159.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
